Snot…..It’s An Amazing Thing
Yes…you read that right. Snot is an amazing thing.
Think about this for a second. When you’re sick and you have a runny nose, it’s never ending. You blow and wipe, blow and wipe and it just keeps coming. There’s a limited amount of space in your head and there’s an assload of snot running out of it. (Now,I know ‘an assload’ is not an exact measurement but you get the point.) And it’s not like it fills up your whole head, it’s just in the sinus cavity.
What amazes me is how your body can produce it so rapidly, over and over again. But I guess your body does that with blood and other bodily fluids but we don’t see that as much as snot. The human body is an amazing thing in itself.
Can you tell I’ve been sick lately and I’m tired of blowing my nose?
